Out of Hours Support

These are to be agreed in advance of the work.

** Unused hours, can NOT be carried over to the following month.**
 

Payment Terms

Remote hourly will be invoiced and charged up-front. No work will be undertaken until payment is made.

​

Retainer packages will be invoiced upfront and made payable within 10 working days.

​

No further work will be undertaken once an invoice becomes outstanding.

​

Payments can be made via bank transfer.
